I don’t know about you, but confinements and lockdowns have left me craving human connection, a need for fresh air and outdoor activity, and more than ever a sense of community. Throughout this period, Pilates has given purpose to my mornings and helped me navigate through my days with focus and intention. Moving past this difficult period, I’m looking forward to putting my best foot forward (both literally and figuratively!) and enjoying life as my healthiest self. Join me in my morning sessions at the beach so we can all work together on regaining both our physical and mental strength!

Born in Ukraine and raised in Canada, the now Swiss-based instructor has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years. Certified in Classical Mat Pilates, Maria is resolved to unravel the Pilates method particularly for beginners who are looking for a simple way to achieve greater ease in every day movement.
