Just breathe is your new motto.

Take care to Prepare for the start of each exercise and focus on your breathe as I guide you through the movement. Each week will have a Focus Exercise for you to practice and perfect at the appropriate pace for you.
Tips will be posted to Instagram ahead of class to get you familiarized with the positions.

Work on perfecting your technique and applying all of the Pilates Principles as you work through each exercise. There is no comparison with anyone around you, not even yourself in a previous class. Your goal is to achieve a precise and perfect movement before moving on to more advanced variations and positions.
